flowerThank you for visiting our church website. As you will see, Adirondack Baptist Church is involved in many areas of ministry where you might find a place to serve. You will notice that we are a family of believers who desire to glorify God in all that we do. You may also notice that we are a busy church; not busy for busyness sake, but for the sake of encouraging and building up believers, as well as sharing Christ with the lost.

If you are here and have never trusted Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, would you do yourself a favor and read First Steps with God. There is nothing more important than your need to be restored to a right relationship with God.

  • Adult Bible Class
    Our Adult Bible Classes meet each Sunday morning at 9:00 am. The classes explores individual books of the Bible in verse-by-verse studies, as well as various topical studies that meet the needs of every individual. Each class includes times for instruction and discussion. The two adult classes break down as follows:

    Golden Heirs - Ages 60+ - Pastor Colson
    Ambassadors - Ages 18-59 - Pastor Norman
  • Chi Alpha (Teens)
    Chi Alpha is a ministry for teens, designed to guide them to a decision to put Christ first in every part of their lives. Chi Alpha meets each Thursday evening for a time of prayer, preaching and games. There are also monthly activities that include a time for fun and instruction. During the Sunday School hour, the teens meet together for instruction and discussion centered around the Word of God.
  • Children's Church
    Children’s Church is planned for youth from 2-11 years of age. It takes place concurrently with our Sunday morning worship service. Children’s church is designed to teach our children in their own setting about worshipping God. The service includes music, prayer, stories, an offering, and Bible lessons.
  • King's Kids logoFlyers Club & King's Kids
    Flyers Club and King's Kids is a time of youth fellowship designed to give our children an opportunity to play games and learn the Word of God. Each Thursday evening at 7 pm, the fun begins with opening exercises of prayer, pledges and singing. Then the kids play games, learn a Bible lesson and memorize important Bible verses.
  • Golden Heirs
    Golden Heirs is a ministry designed to give the senior members of our church an opportunity to gather for fellowship and service. Their meetings frequently consist of trips, fellowship, and service projects. They also take advantage of the opportunity to display their considerable talents at the Golden Heirs Annual Talent Show. The Golden Heirs also fulfill an important service that intercedes through the prayer chain and a “prayer pal” ministry for the church’s children.

  • Ladies Bible Study
    Join the Ladies' study at 10 am or 7 pm every Wednesday at the church. Studies starting in the fall will be announced shortly.

  • Ladies JOY Fellowship
    The Ladies JOY Fellowship is designed to help encourage ladies in their walk with the Lord. The group meets every other month for a time of refreshments, devotions and fellowship. The ladies also have an opportunity to pray for one another through their “secret prayer pal” ministry.

  • Missions
    Adirondack Baptist Church is a missions-minded church desiring to reach the lost through world-wide missionary activity. We financially and prayerfully support the following efforts:

  • Music Ministry
    Adirondack Baptist Church loves to glorify the Lord through its music. The music ministries include an adult choir, special music and offertories, and occasional children’s choirs. We offer two cantata's each year at Easter and Christmas. Our adult choir meets each Sunday before the evening service.
  • Sunday School
    Sunday School is for everyone. Besides the adult studies, classes are designed for children from the ages of 2-18. Along with a Bible lesson, each class includes time for singing, learning and applying God’s truth. We offer five classes according to age level. Download our quarterly newsletter, Seedlings.
